Laser film characteristics (II)
Flexible laser holographic anti-counterfeiting film The flexible laser holographic anti-counterfeiting film includes a film base layer, a reflective layer, and an anti-counterfeiting identification layer. Its structural features: the reflective layer is a layer of high-refractive-index resin coated on the film layer, and the anti-counterfeiting identification layer is a grating printed on the resin reflective layer to form a laser holographic pattern. The material of the film base layer can be selected from BOPP, PET, and PE; the resin reflective layer is a polyurethane resin, polyphenyl resin, and amino resin that can play a single-layer high-refractive role. By coating a layer of resin reflective layer on the film base layer and then printing a laser holographic image layer on the resin reflective layer, a practical flexible transparent laser holographic anti-counterfeiting film can be made.

The production process principle of laser film
The production process of laser film is relatively complicated. It adopts the vacuum chamber aluminum plating method. The evaporation boat is heated to 1400-1500℃, and the aluminum wire continuously sent to the evaporation boat is cooled into aluminum vapor. Due to the electrostatic adsorption force of the base film, the aluminum molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the film, and then after cooling and deposition, the aluminum is evenly sprayed on the surface of the continuously rolled film to form an aluminized film. The laser engraved laser plate is then wrapped on a roller and molded at a temperature of 130℃ to form a laser film. The laser plate is wrapped on the roller and cannot be seamlessly combined, so a 0.5mm-2mm plate seam is left on the laser film.
